• Prorich® SARS-CoV-2 POC qPCR System
The Prorich® COVID-19 POC Real-Time PCR System is a multiplex real-time PCR assay intended for the rapid in vitro qualitative detection of COVID-19 virus in direct anterior nasal, nasopharyngeal or throat swabs from individuals suspected of respiratory viral infection consistent with COVID-19.
The Prorich system is intended for use by health professionals or trained operators who are proficient in using the Prorich system. Testing with the Prorich system is authorized for laboratories certified under the local administration’s regulation.
The prorich is also intended for use at the Point of Care (POC), i.e., in patient care settings operating under a Certificate of Compliance or Certificate of Accreditation.

The Prorich® COVID-19 All-In-One Test Kit for Self-testing is an in vitro nucleic acid amplification test combined with one-step lysis buffer and lateral flow assay for the detection of Novel Coronavirus (COVID-19) in respiratory tract specimens. This test is designed for prescription home or POCT use with self-collected nasal swab samples.

Operation process
1. Insert cartridge into edge connector of All-in-One device (rechargeable). If the cartridge is inserted, the blue LED will be turned-on and flashing.
2. Tear-off the aluminum foil of sample tube and place it onto the pre-defined space.
3. Nasal self-sampling, mix the swab sample with lysis buffer with 10 times stirred.
4. Insert the lysed-sample tube into cartridge via inlet port. At the sample time, the start analyzing button is turned-on and the blue LED will stop flashing.
5. Analyzing, wait for 30 min till the Orange LED is lighted.
6. Check result within pre-define time (10min) before red LED lighted..
