• Prorich® Fluorescence One-Step Lyo-Sphere qPCR Mycoplasma Detection Reagents Kit
Mycoplasma is a common contamination in cell cultures. Prorich® Fluorescence One-Step Lyo-Sphere qPCR Mycoplasma Detection Reagents Kit uses the mycoplasma specific fluorescent probes to perform a one-step quantitative real-time nucleic acid amplification reaction. The lyophilization sphere reagent provides a fast operation, reduces the risk of contamination and a highly sensitive detection product.
The product would detect at least 58 Mycoplasma species with highly specificity and no cross-reaction with similar bacterial species. The system design reduces the reaction periods and it use internal/extraction control and positive control to confirm sample quality.
